Kleinhaus Consulting Group began as a micro firm, providing grant writing and concierge business services for small businesses. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and health inequities were grossly exposed, Julie Klein put her combined backgrounds in public health and business to good use and focused on community health needs assessments designed to reveal health inequities. The firm quickly grew, and Bethany Miller joined in 2022 as managing partner and vice president. Ms. Miller brings additional community and public health experience to the firm, enhancing the knowledge base of the team so they may expand their services.

In addition to conducting CHNAs and building CHIPS for nonprofit hospitals and community health departments, KCG also has extensive experience in grant writing and management for nonprofit organizations, governments and foundations. KCG offers business concierge services and project management for small businesses who need additional support. Further, our sister company, Kleinhaus Drone Solutions, specializes in aerial photography, videography and real estate drone videos. 

KCG is determined to build the company one client at a time. To differentiate KCG from the competition, our women-owned business will provide high-touch client service to complement our education and collective 40+ years of experience. We value our good reputation and work hard to exceed our own high standards. Because we are a boutique firm with a modest client roster, we are able to provide the personalized service our clients deserve and will devote all of our energies towards successful project completion.
