Collectively, the KCG team possesses 3 advanced degrees. Ms. Klein holds a Master in Business Administration and Ms. Miller holds a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Public Health. Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs)

Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs)
The ultimate goal of a community health needs assessments or community health assessments is to develop strategies to address the community’s health needs and identified issues. KCG will support nonprofit hospitals and health departments with defining the vision for the health of the community through a collaborative process to build your custom CHIP.

Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) Consulting
Our firm customizes our approach to help state and local health departments meet public health standards developed by the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB).

The KCG team has grant development experience which includes prospect research, proposal development, work plan development, budget preparation and project management. We have experience in grant proposal writing and have contributed to successful grants funded by federal, state and county governments, and nonprofit organizations.
